This is an English translation of the Italian privacy policy, provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Italian version prevails.

2. Data collected
We collect the data needed for the platform to work, including login data, information about connected social accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and content created by users within the platform.
3. Purposes of processing
- Providing content management and analytics services for businesses and creators
- Publishing content on connected social networks with the user's consent
- Account authentication and security
- Improving the platform
4. Social network data
Integration with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok takes place through their official APIs and the standard OAuth 2.0 protocols. The permissions requested vary by platform:
- Facebook/Instagram: page management, post publishing, reading analytics
- LinkedIn: post publishing, basic profile
- TikTok: basic profile information, content publishing, video upload
Access tokens are encrypted (AES-256) and stored securely. They are never shared with third parties. Users can revoke access at any time from the platform settings or directly from the settings of their social account.
5. Use of TikTok data
Through the TikTok APIs, QVADIS Growth accesses only the data authorized by the user during the OAuth connection process. The data collected includes:
- Basic profile information (display name, avatar)
- Publishing content on the user's behalf (only with explicit consent)
We do not automate engagement (likes, follows, comments). Every publishing action is initiated and approved by the user. TikTok data is not sold or shared with third-party services.
6. Data retention
Data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service. Users can request the deletion of their account and all associated data by contacting serges@qvadis.it. Social tokens are deleted immediately when the social account is disconnected.
7. User rights
Under the GDPR, users have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. To exercise these rights: serges@qvadis.it
8. Cookies
This platform uses technical cookies necessary for it to work and session cookies for authentication. No third-party profiling cookies are used.
9. Changes to this privacy policy
We reserve the right to update this policy. Changes will be published on this page together with the date of the update.
